Explore who I am, my leadership theory, and my growth.

About my portfolio

Hi! I am a junior at Johns Hopkins studying Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Management. I am pursuing a career in medicine. This website extends beyond my academic life and instead serves as my self-portfolio where I reflect on my character, the experiences that have changed me, and apply my leadership knowledge to form my own leadership theory, the Constructive Voice Threshold Model.

Purpose of My Portfolio

My purpose for this portfolio is for me to create a space for reflection on my character and values. This project allows me to examine who I am beyond just my academic roles and accomplishments, which is something that I don’t often do due to rigorous academics and preparing for medical school applications. I hope to better understand the way I think, my patterns, and the experiences that have changed me, both positively and negatively. Additionally, I wish others to understand that there is more to me than what they first see. I often come across as reserved or quiet, but underneath that, I am someone who cares deeply, is quite awkward, and resilient. Overall, this portfolio gives me an outlet to bring together all aspects of my life, including my family, friends, academics, hobbies, and challenges, into a more complete picture of who I currently am and who I am becoming.
